Your Momentum Map 5 Steps to a Winning Week

 

I just got back from hosting an in-person cacao and clarity session this morning, and it was such a beautiful way to start the week. We engaged both head and heart, mapping our intentions together.

 

The way I create my week has changed a lot over the years. Gone are the days of long daily to do-lists and hustling to tick off tasks and ‘smash my goals’. 

 

Now, it’s about intention—

✨ Creating space for inspiration, intuition, and creativity.

Tuning in to who I want to be while pursuing my goals.

Focusing on what truly feels right, day by day and week by week.

Attuning my weekly action to my bigger goals and visions not just BAU.

 

Here’s what this shift has brought into my life:

  • Increased Productivity: By focusing on what truly matters, I can accomplish more with less time and less stress.

  • Deeper Clarity: Clear intentions help me stay aligned with my values and long-term goals.

  • Greater Momentum: By anchoring into the feeling I want to feel and my intention, it is easier to maintain motivation throughout the week.

  • More fun, creativity and flow: Through creating space and listening to what I need I allow room for new ideas, flow and fulfilment.
