Gosh, it’s been awhile, hasn’t it?
When I started creating this recipe the lemons were dropping off the trees but it is taken me so long to get the recipe posted I am wondering if it is still lemon season!
I have been busy this end with plenty of life coaching, preparing for my upcoming wellness retreat in Sri Lanka, creating a new website (that I will be sharing with you soon) and of course running the lovely Nourishing Hub.
I made this recipe when my mother-in-law was visiting recently. She loves a zesty citrus flavour so I created this dessert especially for her. If you love lemony treats then this is the recipe for you. It is raw – so full of nutrients and good enzymes and is refined sugar-free, gluten-free, dairy-free and vegan.
