- 150g Raw Cashew Nuts
- 150g Raw Almonds
- 300g moist Dates – pitted and roughly chopped
- 2T Maca Powder
- 3T Raw Cacao Powder (or Cocoa Powder)
- 2T Coconut butter/oil
- 2T Agave Syrup
PROCEDURE:
- Add chopped dates, cashews and almonds to the food processor and process until the texture is coarse – this does a long time! (add half the coconut oil and continue to mix)
- Once combined add the remainder of the coconut oil, raw cacao and maca powder until the mixture reaches a moist but firm dough consistency
- Scrape the dough mixture into a 24 x 30cm baking tin, press firmly and evenly until mixture is flat in the plan
- Chill for at least an hour and cut into desired shape
- Store airtight container (I tend to keep mine in the fridge)
