Everyone has been tired in our house this week. Kids are scratchy at the end of term. I had less sleep than usual after being at the birth of my dear friend’s baby on the Island (I think I was on an adrenaline high all night) and then consequently kept James up chatting to the late hours about how profound that experience was.
The upshot of that was some grumpy moments in the house, kids more teary than usual, me being a bit short and impatient. Things felt a bit bumpy and to be honest not very graceful.
But this got me thinking—how do we hit the reset button and ease into a smoother week? How can we return to the cornerstones that lay the foundation for a successful week, and ultimately, a fulfilling life?
In today's podcast, I'm excited to share with you five powerful and scientifically proven ways to make the most out of your week, to find deeper fulfilment and purpose, and to create more grace into your life. Here's a sneak peek of what we'll be covering:
Give: We'll delve into the incredible power of intentional giving, exploring how it can be aligned with our own well-being.
Receive: I'll share why creating space to fill your cup and honour your own needs is an essential step in this journey.
Appreciate: Get ready for insights on celebrating your wins and practising gratitude, which have the magical ability to rewire our brains for happiness.
Create: Discover how embracing your creativity and curiosity allows you to authentically express your true self.
Engage: We'll explore why meaningful connections are the key to a more fulfilling life in our fast-paced world.
During the podcast, I'll take you through each of these cornerstones in detail, offering practical insights and tips on how to seamlessly integrate them into your daily life.
I'll also introduce you to the 3-2-1 concept, a powerful end-of-day ritual that you can incorporate into your weekly practice.
As always, I want to express my heartfelt gratitude for being part of this journey with me. I look forward to reconnecting with you in our next episode. If you find the Living with Purpose podcast resonates, please consider sharing it with others and leaving a review.
