INGREDIENTS:
- 1 frozen banana
- ½ cup frozen mango chunks
- 1 cup almond milk or milk of choice
- 1 tsp Heal Your Gut powder
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla powder or extract
- Pinch cinnamon
- Pinch nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
PROCEDURE:
- Place all ingredients to a high-speed blender and whizz until combined and smooth
- Pour into a tall glass
