It’s OK to Struggle Sometimes

You are not broken.

All parts of you serve a purpose.

Even though we might not like these parts of ourselves, they are just doing what they learned to do to protect us and keep us safe.

Instead of dismissing these parts, you get to choose to embrace them and make them feel seen, heard and loved, which ultimately brings a sense of safety. When we feel safe we enable our protective parts of step back.
