Most of us want to have more impact, influence or income (or all 3).

One of the best ways to achieve this is to work on your potency in your area of expertise! Be the go-to person or product in your niche.

To be potent you must be an essentialist and know where to place your focus. You must be willing to let go of the things that don’t move you towards your bigger vision and your purpose (or move them to hobby status)!

This doesn’t mean you can’t be multi-passionate but it means converging your passions so they connect to your potent offering in some way.
