This Healthy Banana Ice Cream is a super EASY recipe, it’s delicious and has no sugar and no dairy – the only ingredient is banana! A great recipe to curb those sweet cravings for the whole family.
PROCEDURE:
- Cut 4 – 5 bananas into large chunks and freeze.
- Blend banana in a blender until the mixture is creamy (you will be amazed at how creamy the simple banana can become).
- The trick with this ice cream is to eat it immediately (it won’t refreeze very well and it does melt fairly quickly).
- Serve with fresh berries.
VARIATIONS:
- Almond ice cream – add 2T of Almond Butter to the blended banana and pulse until mixed
- Cherry ice cream – Freeze 1 C of fresh pitted cherries and blend them with the frozen banana until creamy.
