These bliss balls have to be the quickest easiest bliss balls to make. No need for a food processor, just all ingredients to a bowl and mix. I originally created these Coconut, Lime and Goji Raw Bliss Balls for Christmas – I loved the festive colours of red, white and green from the coconut, goji, and lime, however, they are perfect for any occasion. They are very tasty little balls of nourishment – full of superfoods and other goodies.
Gluten-Free, Refined Sugar-Free, Dairy Free
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 cups of almond meal
- ½ cup of sesame seeds
- 1 ½ cups desiccated coconut
- ½ cup of coconut oil
- ½ cup maple syrup
- ½ cup goji berries
- ½ cup cranberries
- ½ cup loving earth cacao nibs
- zest of 2 limes
- juice of 1 lime
PROCEDURE:
- Add all all ingredients to a bowl and mix until combined
- Roll the dough into small balls and then roll in desiccated coconut.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Store raw balls in the fridge.
