Being part of the Hatchery has been important to me in several ways. On one level, Simone’s coaching and resources help me stay on track with how I want to show up for myself, my family and friends and my work each day. On another, I always take something away from the knowledgeable guest speakers Simone offers to our group. But my favourite aspect of the Hatchery is the company of a wonderful group of women, whose wisdom, experience and support (professional and personal) has been a touchstone for me through some challenging career decisions, parental and menopausal challenges! Simone fosters a sense of friendship and connection even though some of us have never met in real life - it’s hard to explain and intangible but I really value and appreciate it.
